CHEF'S TABLE

Take your seat at the Thames Table for an exceptional culinary experience. Settle down with a glass of fizz while the team prepare a multi course feast of modern British flavours with a twist.

MODERN BRITISH

Alex has worked with some of the best chefs in the business, including Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay. Alex's food is rooted in the classics. Using modern techniques and an impressive lightness of touch, he creates balanced and refined dishes that are bursting with flavour.

A full tasting menu is served at dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch Friday and Saturday (£100), plus optional matched wines. A shorter tasting menu is served for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday (£45), plus optional matched wines. A vegetarian menu is available. We regret we cannot cater for all dietary requirements and allergies, so please get in touch if you have any specific issues.

LUNCH TASTING MENU

Take your seat at the Gardiner Table for an exciting culinary journey around southeast Asia. You can expect an expertly crafted menu, with dishes drawing their inspiration from Japanese, Malay, Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese cuisine - all matched with a carefully curated flight of wines, sake and shōchū.

PAN-ASIAN

Iain worked in several Michelin starred kitchens, before he was appointed as head chef at  Foxhill Manor. Inspired by his travels to Japan, Iain has developed a real love of southeast  Asian cuisine, a passion our guests will find infectious.

“I enjoy food that is pure and simple to the eye with complexity being in the background. Creativity but not at the cost of its taste.“

A shorter tasting menu is served for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday (£45), plus optional matched wines (£35). We are unable to cater for vegetarians or those with soy allergies, however a pescatarian menu is available.
