A full tasting menu is served at dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch Friday and Saturday, plus optional matched wines. A shorter tasting menu is served for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, plus optional matched wines. A vegetarian menu is available. You can expect an expertly crafted menu, with dishes drawing their inspiration from Japanese, Malay, Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese cuisine - all matched with a carefully curated flight of wines, sake and shōchū.
Iain worked in several Michelin starred kitchens, before he was appointed as head chef at Foxhill Manor. Inspired by his travels to Japan, Iain has developed a real love of southeast Asian cuisine, a passion our guests will find infectious.
