Ember Menus

Ember is our à la carte dining experience built around a large charcoal grill. Head chef Tom creates a menu of beautiful dishes all centred around cooking over coals, smoke and of course, the embers. 

Tom uses the very best produce that bang in season in the UK. Tom draws on his experience as former Welsh National Chef of The Year 

and Great British Menu contestant. This means he delivers flavour packed plates of food in both his à la carte menu and his Chef’s Tasting Menu. 

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies. However we don’t currently offer a stand lone vegan menu. 

Set lunch menu

Come and try our new set lunch menu Wednesday to Saturday and enjoy two courses for £18 or three for £22.

Our Ember à la carte and tasting menus

Explore our delicious dishes on Tom's à la carte menu and Chef's Tasting menu. Both are available for lunch from 12pm - 4pm Wednesday to Sunday and dinner from 6pm - 11pm Tuesday to Saturday. Our Sunday roast menu is offered alongside our à la carte on for Sunday lunch.
